In Oregon, we have an implied consent law that states you implicitly consent, so whether you know you do or not, to provide a breath, blood, or urine sample if requested by an officer. There are consequences if you do not.
If you refuse, the license suspension imposed will be longer than the suspension that would be imposed had you provided a sample and had you blown over the legal limit.
